We connect the Basque language and the working world

The mission of the Bai Euskarari Association is:
'To drive the increased use of the Basque language in the working world'
  • At the Bai Euskarari Association, we like to explore new spaces because we believe this opens up new paths for the Basque language.
  • We drive networking between key players by providing topics of interest for companies and professionals in the Basque language
  • We provide spaces, projects, and tools aimed at all the actors that make up the working world, enabling them to work comfortably in Basque.

Much more than a certificate

We began our journey with the Bai Euskarari Certificate, and we have created
various projects to make working in Basque a comfortable experience.
We have developed our own initiatives (the Certificate, Enpresarean, the Lansarean job portal, Euskaragileak, Elkarrengandik Ikasiz...), we collaborate on others (Lazarraga Awards, the Euspot Competition, Beterri-Saretuz, etc.), and we have started providing services to various organizations (Araba Business Forum, Euskara Langai, etc.).

We have grown to be much more than just a certificate. Looking ahead, we are committed to continuing our impact across different fields, always guided by the values that are so important to us: closeness, collaboration, courage, and efficiency."
Projects

Values

Approachability

We build an atmosphere of trust, which is a cornerstone of everything we do.

Collaboration

We build the path together. We are stronger through collaboration.

 Efficiency

We exist to take action and drive progress.

 Courage

Because we have the initiative to create new projects and respond to challenges.

Throughout the Basque Country

At the Bai Euskarari Association, we aim to build the Basque Country through the Basque language.
If we make it possible to live, work, create, innovate, launch ventures, sell, and buy in Basque—to live our daily lives in Basque with complete normality—the well-being of our citizens and the development of our territory will be greater.

Our well-being, and that of our territory, must also be linked to languages; in our case, the Basque language is one of the keys to our well-being.
